- 1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prep your ingredients: Mince garlic and ginger.
- 2. Sauté aromatics: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Cook chicken: Add chicken breasts and sear until golden brown on all sides (5-7 minutes).
- 4. Create sauce: Pour in canned tomatoes and add spices with salt and pepper. Stir and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Add cream: Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve: Enjoy with rice or naan.
