- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter (cooled)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
