Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Wash and chop the cabbage, slice the sausage, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
- Sauté aromatics: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook onions until translucent, then add garlic and sausage until browned.
- Add vegetables: Stir in cabbage and carrots; cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Season and simmer: Pour in broth, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cover; let simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
