Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and parsley while allowing the steak to reach room temperature.
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with Cajun seasoning, ensuring even coverage.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until hot.
- Add oil to the skillet, then sear steak bites in one layer for 3-4 minutes until browned; flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked to your liking, add minced garlic and butter into the skillet, stirring until melted and evenly coating the steak.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley and lemon juice before serving hot.
