- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- 12 oz chocolate melts (for coating)
- ¼ cup assorted sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large mixing bowl.
- Gradually add frosting to crumbled cake until dough-like consistency is achieved.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate melts until smooth.
- Insert lollipop sticks into each ball, dip in chocolate, let excess drip off, then set aside.
- While chocolate is wet, sprinkle toppings over each pop.
