- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted fillings (pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach, etc.)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Allow the pizza dough to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into circles about 8 inches wide and a quarter-inch thick.
- Spoon ricotta and sprinkle mozzarella on one half of each circle; add your chosen fillings.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pressing down firmly; crimp with a fork.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
