  • 500g fresh carrots, grated
  • 4 cups full-fat milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons ghee

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and finely grate the fresh carrots.

  3. Pour in the full-fat milk and bring to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for around 30 minutes until thickened.
