Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Add cold butter and grated cheddar; mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Make a well in the dry mixture and pour in the milk; stir gently until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each biscuit.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
