Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper; mix gently.
- Shape the beef into patties (about 2 ounces each), slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until browned (internal temp of 160°F/70°C).
- In the last minute of cooking, place cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Assemble by placing each patty on the bottom half of a slider bun; add ketchup, mustard, and desired toppings before topping with the bun's top half.
