- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz classic pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the dough, leaving space at the edges.
- Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side.
