- 16 oz Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Optional: 1 lb ground beef
- Optional: 2 tbsp chopped jalapeños
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping any veggies and opening the cans of Rotel.
- If using ground beef, brown it in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In the same skillet on low heat, melt cubed Velveeta and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the Rotel and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
- If desired, add jalapeños for extra heat and stir until evenly distributed.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
