- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup REESE'S PIECES
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Remove from heat; let cool slightly before whisking in eggs and peanut butter until combined.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the REESE'S PIECES.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
