- 8 oz fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice mushrooms thinly.
- Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on all sides (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic & mushrooms: Stir in minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are soft and golden.
- Pour in broth & soy sauce: Add chicken broth and soy sauce to the skillet; simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- Create creamy goodness: Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and let bubble for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Finish with fresh herbs: Sprinkle chopped herbs before serving.
