Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice absorbs liquid and is fluffy.
- Add fresh vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking for added color and texture.
