Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken with this mixture.
- Cube the sweet potatoes into even pieces for uniform cooking.
- On a lined baking sheet, arrange seasoned chicken and sweet potato cubes in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
