Instructions
- Prepare the asparagus by rinsing it under cool water and trimming the woody ends.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add asparagus to the skillet, ensuring they turn bright green and tender-crisp.
- Drizzle lemon juice and soy sauce over the dish; stir gently to combine flavors.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.
