- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 large flatbreads
- 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool slightly before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine and halved cherry tomatoes; toss gently.
- Lay flatbreads on a clean surface. Spread Caesar dressing generously over each flatbread.
- Top with sliced chicken, salad mixture, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Optional: Return topped flatbreads to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
