- 2 cups cooked fusilli pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Grill or bake the chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. Let cool before slicing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, romaine, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss well to coat.
- Top with freshly grated Parmesan and black pepper. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
