- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil the Pasta: In a large pot of salted water, boil fusilli according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, croutons, diced chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine until evenly coated.
- Serve: Transfer to serving bowls or plates and garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
