  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying (approximately 1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap until about 1 inch thick for even cooking.
