- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chopped chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- If using spinach, add it to the skillet until wilted, then stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce on the bottom, followed by noodles, half of the chicken mixture, and dollops of ricotta. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
