- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Chop vegetables and slice chicken.
- Cook noodles: Boil water and cook lo mein noodles until al dente; drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Sauté chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook chicken until golden brown.
- Add vegetables: Stir in garlic, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté until tender.
- Create sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and broth; pour into skillet while stirring.
- Toss everything together: Add cooked noodles to the skillet; mix until well-coated and heated through.
