- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup flour
 - 2 large eggs
 - 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
 - 2 cups marinara sauce
 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
 - 10 fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
 - 3 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat chicken breasts dry.
 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and the third with breadcrumbs.
 - Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear each chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
 - Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
 - Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
