- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 2 tsp smoked paprika
 - 4 brioche buns
 - Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)
 
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - In the last few minutes of cooking, stir in minced garlic and smoked paprika until fragrant.
 - Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest briefly. Slice open brioche buns and layer with desired toppings.
 - Serve the sliced chicken on each bun and enjoy!
