Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic and ginger.
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until combined.
- Sear the chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the sauce: Pour the prepared teriyaki sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving over rice or noodles.
