  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or corn)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or spicy mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. While the chicken cooks, chop bell peppers and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, slice cooked chicken into strips, and place in the center. Top with chopped veggies and drizzle with your favorite sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from one end to the other.
