- 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (toasted preferred)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ cup beef broth or water
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter for an organized cooking experience.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the sliced flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry broccoli florets for about 3–4 minutes until bright green yet crisp.
- Push the broccoli aside and add the marinated beef to the skillet. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through, around 5–7 minutes.
- Pour in the remaining marinade mixed with beef broth or water. Stir everything until bubbling and thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions.
