Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and half of the salsa into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the mixture into a shallow serving dish and drizzle with remaining salsa.
- Top with chopped green onions.
