Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges but soft in the middle.
- Allow cooling on wire racks before serving.
