Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mix until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Stir in chocolate chips generously.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tins until about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and springy to touch.
