- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.
- Create a well in the dry mixture; add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat; grease lightly.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form (2–3 minutes). Flip and cook until golden brown.
