Instructions
- Rinse strawberries under cool water and pat dry thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry in the yogurt mixture and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil; heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dip yogurt-covered strawberries in melted chocolate, shaking off excess before returning them to the baking sheet.
- Add toppings if desired and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
