Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- After cooling slightly, roll cookies in a cinnamon-sugar mixture before transferring to wire racks.
