Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients gently to avoid over-mixing.
- For the topping, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle topping generously on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown; check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
