- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the filling.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Use a knife or toothpick to swirl through the batter gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool slightly before drizzling with glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
