Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast in a large bowl; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Gradually mix in granulated sugar, melted butter, and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; spread softened butter over rolled-out dough and sprinkle evenly with the mixture.
- Roll tightly from one edge, slice into 12 pieces using dental floss or a sharp knife.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange rolls in a greased pan, let rise for another 30 minutes, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; spread over warm rolls.
