Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sprinkle minced garlic on top and squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
