- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sour cream; whisk until smooth.
- Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Prepare the streusel by mixing together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubed cold butter until crumbly.
- Layer half the batter in the pan followed by half the streusel; repeat layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
