Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and sour cream; whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Prepare the streusel by mixing together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cubed cold butter until crumbly.
  6. Layer half the batter in the pan followed by half the streusel; repeat layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
