- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 1 cup streusel topping (or nuts)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream the butter in another bowl until fluffy. Gradually add granulated sugar until light and airy.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add milk and sour cream until smooth.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with streusel or nuts, then top with remaining batter. Swirl if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
