Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add to the yeast mixture, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Fold in softened butter and condensed milk gently to maintain airiness.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  6. Punch down the dough gently; shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
