Instructions
- 1. Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- 2. Create the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, eggs, melted butter, and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- 3. Knead: Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4. Let Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- 5. Shape the Loaf: Punch down risen dough to release air bubbles. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- 6. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Let shaped dough rise again for 30 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
