Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
- Drop generous portions of dough onto prepared sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden while centers appear slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
