Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in crushed Oreos and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
