- 1/2 cup Cowboy Butter (room temperature)
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chives (chopped)
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Your Steak: Bring ribeye steaks to room temperature. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Create Your Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, mix softened cowboy butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- 3. Grill or Sear the Steak: Preheat grill or skillet over high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare until a nice crust forms.
- 4. Add Cowboy Butter Magic: Remove from heat and generously slather cowboy butter on the steaks while they rest for about 5 minutes.
- 5. Serve: Slice and serve with additional cowboy butter on top.
