- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon
 - 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced
 - 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
 - 6 slider buns (brioche or potato)
 - ¼ cup barbecue sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and leave some grease in the pan.
 - Sauté sliced jalapeños in the remaining bacon grease for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
 - In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper; form into small patties.
 - Cook the patties in the same skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, adding cheese on top to melt.
 - Assemble the sliders by spreading barbecue sauce on buns, adding patties topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and sautéed jalapeños.
 - Serve immediately while warm.
