  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on the counter for easy access.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, green onions, and parsley until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Refrigerate patties for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry each crab cake for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
