Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter for easy access.
- In a large bowl, gently mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, green onions, and parsley until just combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
- Refrigerate patties for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry each crab cake for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
