Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 2 teaspoons fresh sage (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions and celery until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, breadcrumbs, eggs, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls (about 1-2 inches) and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
