- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and celery in olive oil until softened (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, eggs, herbs, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow cooling slightly before serving.
