- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (2-3 minutes per side).
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve over pasta or rice, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
