- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare the jalapenos by slicing them in half and removing seeds for less heat. Use gloves for protection.
- In a medium bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds until creamy but not hot.
- Mix in sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth. Pulse gently if you prefer some texture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled in a bowl, garnished with extra chopped jalapenos or cilantro.
